Gail Kalinsky started taking Karate in 2004 and is a brown belt. With a background in early childhood development, she enjoys working with the kids in the youth and peewee classes as well as the special needs students in NISRA. In addition to helping others meet their goals, Gail believes that every student she works with also helps her learn more about the art.
She has been training with the Focus Competition Team and has earned several State, Regional and National medals. Karate is a big part of her family with her husband of 15 years and her 2 children also training and competing.
Gail also enjoys cooking elaborate and simple meals for family and friends as well as reading and writing.
