BASIC FITNESS PACKAGE (15 yrs +)
The Bag Slam - Friday 9:15-10:15 AM & 6-7 PM
This Focus Fitness classic gives our original Cardio Kickboxing class a new MMA feel. Striking, punching, kicking and slamming are the center of this high energy class, but you will be challenged in all dimensions of your physical wellness! The exhilarating atmosphere alone will get your heart pounding! Come release your inner fitness warrior and experience a fitness class unlike any other! You don't need to be a martial artist, all you need is a desire to get fit, get stronger and have some serious fun! Get Ready to Slam!
The Body Blast - Tuesday 9:15-10:15 AM & Wednesday 7-8 PM
This total body conditioning class will target all components of your physical fitness! From muscular endurance to core stability this strength & conditioning based class uses a variety of exercise equipment to challenge your entire body without the tedious and boring routine of the health club. From dumbbells to battle ropes this high energy, highly motivating fitness class will provide you an intense workout in a fun setting!
Body Fit - Saturday 8-9 AM
Never underestimate the power of your bodyweight. Get in touch with the challenge your own body can provide you in our BodyFit class. By utilizing the weight of your body, we will challenge you in ways you wouldn’t believe possible without heavy weights. Lose the weights, stick to the basics, and we will improve your muscular strength and endurance in ways that even the top fitness equipment cannot! 
Cardio Fusion - Saturday 7-8 AM
Challenge your cardiovascular fitness and your overall strength simultaneously in a format that is both a good workout and easy to follow! By using a variety of equipment like Bosu balls and resistance bands to strengthen your body and the spirited nature of a choreographed cardio routine, you will never be bored! Leave this uplifting class with a smile on your face and the chance to start your day off right!
Dynamic Cardio - Monday 9:15-10:15 AM & 7-8 PM
Challenge your cardiovascular fitness in this high intensity exercise class that targets your speed, agility, and quickness. Each class is formatted to boost your heart and metabolic rate in a way that utilizes the weight of your own body as resistance! Experience interval training at its finest, no equipment necessary!
Dynamic Combat - Tuesday 6-7 PM & Wednesday 9:15-10:15 AM
This class will challenge your inner warrior as well as your fitness level! By using the latest training techniques in mixed martial arts and self-defense in a group exercise setting, this class will teach you how to fight anything anywhere and at any time. Condition your body and your mind to be in top shape to take on any battle whether it’s the fight against illness or an actual attacker!
Dynamic Strength - Thursday 9:15-10:15 AM & 7-8 PM
Strengthen every aspect of yourself in this motivating exercise class that will challenge your body physically and inspire you mentally! Learn how much weight your body can lift as you watch yourself improve every week! Muscles you never knew you had will be challenged even as you target the ones you are already familiar with. This total body strength class will skip the monotony but not the intensity!

FOCUS ATHLETIC SPORTS TRAINING (8-14 yrs old)
FAST - Wednesday & Friday 4:30-5:30 PM & Saturday 11:45-12:45 PM
Sports fitness training designed for young athletes. This high energy, fun, effective and age appropriate exercise class uses techniques that will improve your young athlete at all levels! By targeting power, speed, agility, strength and flexibility, each child will have a better opportunity to reach his/her maximum performance in their respective sport with less chance of injury and a lot of fun! Watch your child’s confidence soar as he/she experiences personal growth on a weekly basis!

Aerial Fitness - Sunday 3:30-5 PM

Take your fitness to the air with this Cirque Du Soleil meets fitness class! Aerial Fitness incorporates aerial arts performance techniques with aspects of circuit training that will challenge your overall body strength, flexibility, posture, and coordination both on the floor and in the air. Experience how graceful and strong your body can be in this unique, exhilarating, and confidence building fitness class without the mundane repetition of other facilities!!

Aerial Yoga is an innovative program that blends the beneficial elements of traditional yoga methodology with the unique conditioning of aerial arts. A cross between a yoga class and an aerial class, Aerial Yoga is designed to incorporate the balancing and stretching components of yoga with the strengthening and exhilarating components of aerial arts. Deep yoga stretches, inversions, strength training, cardio, and the best part ....
 Swinging, Floating Savasana at the end!
